After arguing the matter at some length learned counsel for petitioners says that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition so as to challenge the Master Circular on Policy for Management of Railway Lines dated 04.10.2022, which according to learned counsel for the opposite parties Ms. Akansha Dubey, is the basis for the impugned notices and also seek such other remedy as far as it it may be permissible in law. 3.
