This petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly the opposite party no.1 to release the interim pension of petitioner at an earliest till the conclusion of trial pending against petitioner, in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly the opposite party no.1 to decide the representation dated 13.01.2025 at an earliest (Contained as Annexure No.1), in the interest of justice. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has produced the instructions, which are taken on record. 3. Copy of the instructions has also been submitted to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel submitted that the interim pension has been released and paid till 31.01.2025. 5. In view of this, no further orders are required to be passed. 6. With this observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. 7. It is further provided that the interim pension be paid to the petitioner month to month and in case the same is not paid to the petitioner, he would have liberty to approach this Court again.
