Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to pay the arrears of revision of pay scale w.e.f. 01.01.2016 to 30-04- 2022 with interest @9% per annum from the due date till the date of its realization. ii. That the directions may kindly be issued to the respondent Corporation to pay the arrears of revised pension w.e.f. 30- 04-2022 to till date to the petitioner alongwith interest @ 9% per annum. iii. The respondents may also be directed to pay revised gratuity (DCRG), and leave encashment to the petitioner alongwith interest @ 9% per annum w.e.f. 30-04-2022 to till 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 the date of its realization.” 2. Learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court that similar matters are pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench by way of CWP No. 8504 of 2025, titled as Madhu Deshta and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and connected matters and the same were listed before Hon’ble Division Bench on 16.03.2026. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the adjudication by Hon’ble Division Bench in above referred matter shall be binding upon the parties herein and the parties shall abide by the final outcome thereof.
