The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing amendment of paragraphs No. 2, 4, 12 and the prayer portion of the miscellaneous application registered as MC (L.A. App.) No. 15 of 2023 as proposed at paragraph 2 of the present application by way of substitution of the said paragraphs and the prayer. Mr. N. Mahindra, learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present amendment application.
