Rama Gopal, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, appearing for the respondents. 2. Being aggrieved by the action of the respondents in declaring the preliminary notification issued by the 1st respondent vide Ref. G4/497/2019, dated 03-03-2020, acquiring the land of the petitioner in an extent of Ac.01-50 cents in Sy.No.89/1 pedaparthi Village of Anaparthi Mandal, East Godavari 2 District, in order to allot subject lands to the beneficiaries of the government scheme viz, “Navaratnalu Pedalandiriki Illu”, the instant Writ Petition is filed. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, has placed on record a copy of the instructions, dated 21.02.2025. A perusal of the same would reflect that the District Collector vide notification dated 27.02.2021 under Section 93(1) of Act.30 of the 2013, has withdrawn the notification issued for land acquisition. It is further stated that an alternate land has been proposed for issuance of house site pattas to the beneficiaries of the scheme. 4. In that view of the matter, it is stated by the learned counsel that no further orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition. 5. The said written instructions are placed on record. 6. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
