This contempt application has been filed alleging non compliance of order dated 18.10.2023 passed by this Court as the suit has not been decided within a time frame as directed by this Court. 2. From the perusal of the order sheet, it is apparent that on most of the dates, the advocates were on strike. 3. In view of these facts, no contempt is made out. 4. Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed. 5. However, it is provided that since the proceedings of suit is pending before the opposite party, it is expected that the opposite party will decide the same in compliance of the earlier order passed by this Court.
