Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the claim being raised by the petitioners in the present petition was also raised in CWP No.10232 of 2015 titled as Sanjeev Kumar and others vs. State of Punjab and others and other connected cases, decided on 27.02.2025, which relief HARSHA RANI 2025.03.19 14:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CM-20113-CWP-2024 and CM-20114-CWP-2024 in/and CWP-7299-2021 2 has already been granted in favour of the petitioners therein hence, the petitioners are also entitled for the grant of the same benefit as extended to the petitioners therein. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the interim order dated 09.07.2024 passed in CWP No.10232 of 2015, the order dated 27.09.2024 (Annexure P-11) has been passed by the respondents hence, the claim of the petitioners be also considered by the respondents in terms of the said order. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that appropriate speaking order on the claim of the petitioners will be passed within a period of eight weeks keeping in view the relief granted vide order dated 27.09.2024 (Annexure P-11) and in case, the petitioners are also found entitled for the same relief, the same will be granted to them otherwise due reasons will be mentioned in the speaking order to be passed for not accepting the claim of the petitioners, which reasons will be conveyed to the petitioners for their information and necessary action. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 5.
