The instant appeal has been filed under Section 14-A of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act on behalf of the appellants, who are in custody in connection with FIR No.61/2025 registered at Police Station Bandikui(Dausa), District Dausa for the offences under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109(1), 303(2) of BNS & Section 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act. 2. Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned Public Prosecutor as well as counsel for complainant and perused the case diary and material available on record. [2025:RJ-JP:23628] (2 of 2) [CRLAS-724/2025] 3. It has been argued that the deceased was a boy aged 30 years who died on account of jumping from the running train. The allegation against the appellants is of abet the deceased to commit suicide since appellants' sister was allegedly in relation with deceased; appellants are in custody since 14.02.2025, but without commenting on merits of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the appellants deserve to be released on bail. 4. Accordingly, the criminal appeal filed under Section 14 of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act is allowed and the impugned orders dated 05.03.2025 passed by learned Special Judge, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Cases, Dausa, is set aside. It is ordered that the accused-appellants namely 1. Lokesh Kumar S/o Dan Singh & 2. Mukesh Kumar S/o Banshiram shall be released on bail, provided they furnish a personal bond in a sum of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court for their appearance before that Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of trial.
