Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(a) Direct the Learned DRT, Lucknow (Respondent No. 1) to decide petitioners' aforesaid Securitization Application, Rajneesh Kumar & Another Vs. Punjab & Sindh Bank, having its Diary No.132/2025, filed on 16.01.2025 (i.e. Annexure No. 1) urgently and expeditiously within a stipulated time period. (b) Direct respondents No.2 to 3 not to take any coercive measure against petitioners, in pursuance of the aforesaid "Order dated 04.04.2024 U/S 14 of the SARFAESI Act" (i.e. Annexure no.2) and the "Notice to Handover Possession dated 09.01.2025 issued by respondent no.3" (i.е. Annexure No.3) till the disposal of their aforesaid Securitization application. (i.e. Annexure No.1)." 2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already filed an interim application against the order dated 04.04.2024, the DRT concerned is directed to decide the interim application positively within a period of ten days from today. 3. For a period of ten days, the parties shall maintain status quo with regard to the possession.
