Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the material placed on record. 2. This petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking main relief:- "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the first information report dated 12.11.2024 at FIR No.0773/2024 under Section 103(1) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station-Dewa, District-Barabanki." 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to respondent No.4 is dispensed with. 4. It is the case of the petitioners that they have been falsely implicated in the impugned FIR. The prosecution story as setup in the FIR alleges that on 28.08.2024 at about 6:30 P.M., the son of the complainant who was 22 years old disappeared and later on his body was found at around 9:30 P.M. on the same day. The allegations against the petitioners is that the son of the complainant was last seen with them just before his body was found. 5. We have gone through the contents of the FIR and we find that a cognizable offence is made out against the petitioners. 6. In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed.
