It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order dated 08.02.2024 passed by learned CJM Lakhimpur Kheri in case no.820/2023 (State vs Santosh Bharti), Case Crime No. 782/2022 U/s 420, 467, 468, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-Góla, District Lakhimpur Kheri, Contained as Annexure No.6 in the interest of justice. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order dated 14.05.2024 passed by learned CJM Lakhimpur Kheri in case no.820/2023 (State vs Santosh Bharti), Case Crime No.782/2022, U/s 420, 467, 468, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-Gola, District Lakhimpur Kheri, Contained as Annexure No.8 in the interest of justice." After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant states that he may be permitted to withdraw the application.
