The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed entire criminal proceeding of Case No. 2330/2024, Crime No. 426/2023, U/s-147, 323, 504, 506, 452, 354 IPC & Section 3 (1) (da), 3 (1) (dha), 3 (2) (Va) of SC/ST Act, PS Madiyaon, District Lucknow, pending in the Court of Special Judge SC/ST Act, Lucknow including charged sheet dated 29-03-2024 and summoning order dated 11-09-2024, passed by the Trial Court (as contained in Annexure No.-1 to the present appeal), in the interest of justice. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press this application with liberty to move an application for discharge through counsel before the trial court and the same may be decided by the learned trial court in a time bound manner. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed providing that in case, the petitioners move an appropriate application for discharge through counsel before the concerned Court below within a period of fifteen days from today, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months in accordance with law, by the concerned trial court.
