JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 10-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Andhrathadhi P.S. Case No. 131 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 274, 275, and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. The recovery is of 450 litres of Nepali country- made liquor from the XUV car. The petitioner was found running away and was identified by the local chaukidaar. The petitioner is accused in eight cases, out of which five cases are under the Excise Act. 4. Considering the recovery and the antecedents, this application is dismissed. 5. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82757 of 2025(2) dt.10-12-2025 2/2 weeks, failing which the S.P., Madhubani, will take all steps for his arrest. 6.
