The petition CRMP No. 161 of 2018 has been filed by the petitioner with following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and thereby cancel the bail of the respondent No.1 to 3, granted by the learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Raigarh, Distt. Raigarh vide order dated 02.11.2017 passed in bail application No. 376/2017, in the interest of justice. ” 4. The petition CRMP No. 132 of 2018 has been filed by the petitioner with following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and thereby cancel the bail of the respondent No.1, granted by the learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Raigarh, Distt. Raigarh vide order dated 02.11.2017 passed in bail application No. 697/2017, in the interest of justice. ” 5. The petition CRMP No. 140 of 2018 has been filed by the petitioner with following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and thereby cancel the bail of the respondent No.1 to 3, granted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Raigarh, Distt. Raigarh vide order dated 02.11.2017 passed in bail application No. 700/2017, in the interest of justice. ” 6. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the trial has 4 concluded in the present case, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. 7.
