If there is any legal impediment, then the same should be informed to R.E.R.A., as also, to the petitioner, in writing. The District Collector, Lucknow shall ensure the aforesaid exercise within a reasonable time, say within a period of three months. It is however made clear that if there is any recovery certificate issued against opposite party no. 5 earlier in point of time, then that recovery certificate shall have preference for execution. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
