Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the petitioner has prayed for several reliefs in this writ petition, however, he is now only interested to pursue the 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - remedy of appeal provided under Rule-19 of the Part-Time Multi Task Workers’ Policy, 2020, as incorporated under Addendum dated 25.08.2022. He further prays that in order to avail the remedy of appeal in terms of Rule-19 of the Part- Time Multi Task Workers’ Policy, 2020, time period spent in pursuing this writ petition be ordered to be excluded. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner. 4. Having regard to the above submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy of appeal under Rule-19 of the Part-Time Multi Task Workers’ Policy, 2020. In case the appeal is preferred within a period of two weeks from today, the period spent in pursuing this writ petition shall not be counted towards limitation and the appeal shall be decided on its own merits.
