After hearing counsel for the parties, the following order was passed on 05.02.2025:- "1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the final order passed in the proceeding under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the order has not been given effect on spot. 2. Learned Standing Counsel shall obtain instruction in the matter as to whether the order passed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been given effect on spot or not. 3. Put up this matter as fresh before appropriate Court on 21.02.2025." 2. Today when the matter was taken up, learned Standing Counsel has placed before this Court instructions dated 01.03.2025 received under the signatures of respondent no. 2, namely, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sakaldiha, Chandauli and the same is taken on record. 3. Along with the said instructions, a report submitted by the respondent no. 2 dated 19.02.2025 is also appended according to which the revenue team constituted in this regard has already given effect to the order passed in favour of the petitioner under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. After going through the same, prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner that the relief as sought has already been granted and the petition has become infructuous. 5.
