This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the following main relief(s) :- "i- Quash the charge sheet of Crime No- 386/2022, S.T No- 2711/2022, U/S- 307, 506 I.P.C, P/S Gosaiganj, District Lucknow and trail in pending before the court of A.D.J- 16 Lucknow in case State verses Deepk vishwkarma and ors, At the behalf of compromise dated - 08.01.2025. ii- Quash the all cognizance order dated 10.10.2022 of Crime No- 386/2022, S.T No- 2711/2022, U/S-307, 506 I.P.C, P/S Gosaiganj, District Lucknow and trail in pending before the court of A.D.J- 16 Lucknow in case State verses Deepk vishwkarma and ors, At the behalf of compromise dated 08.01.2025. iii- Quash the all proceeding of Crime No 386/2022, S.T No- 2711/2022, U/S- 307, 506 I.P.C, P/S Gosaiganj. District Lucknow and trail in pending before the court of A.D.J- 16 Lucknow in case State verses Deepk vishwkarma and ors, At the behalf of compromise dated - 08.01.2025." Learned counsel for the applicants, at the very outset states that he may be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. In view of the aforesaid, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdraw with the aforesaid liberty. Office is directed to return original copy of the compromise to the learned counsel for the applicant, after keeping the photocopy of the same on record.
