Kaushik, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has submitted that intimation has been received that the case has been charge-sheeted, in the meantime. However, the charge-sheet or its copy thereof is not before this Court at the moment. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per his information, the present petitioner has not been sent up for trial in the charge-sheet. However, the petitioner’s apprehension of arrest remains due to possibility of filing in supplementary charge-sheet. 4.
