The learned counsel for the revisionist has stated that the revisionist has died and the revision stands abated. A report dated 05.02.2025 submitted by the Incharge Special Judicial Magistrate, C.B.I. Lucknow is available on record, wherein it has been stated that the revisionist used to reside in House No.ED-25, Diamond Dairy Officers Colony, Hussainganj, Lucknow and the persons residing in the neighbourhood told that he had vacated his house about an year ago. No information could be gathered about the revisionist and it could not be ascertained as to whether he has died. A copy of the death certificate of the revisionist has been brought on record along with IA-06 of 2023 filed on 15.02.2023. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the revision is abated.
