Panchayat Raj (Maintenance of Family Register) Rules, 1970 by A.D.O., Panchayat or whosoever is authorized in this regard. If any such application is filed as per rules and if there is no other legal impediment then the same can be considered but only after hearing opposite party no.4 and only if such an application is maintainable on behalf of the petitioners. 5.
