The present Application has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.690 of 2025, “State Vs. Shivani Rawat and Others”, pending before the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vikasnagar, District Dehradun under Sections 117(2), 324(2), 351(3) and Section 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. Heard Ms. Poonam Rauthan, learned counsel for the applicants-accused, Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, learned Brief Holder for the respondent no.1 and Mr. 1 2025:UHC:8728 Rajat Mittal, learned counsel for the respondent no.2- informant/victim. 3. The respondent no.2 is the mother-in-law of the applicant no.1, applicant no.2 and applicant no.3 are the family members of the applicant no.1. 4. All the three applicants are present through video conferencing. They are identified by Ms. Poonam Rauthan, Advocate. The respondent no.2-Smt. Suman Bisht is present through video conferencing. She is identified by Mr. Rajat Mittal, Advocate. 5. Both, the applicants and the respondent no.2 submitted that there were some private disputes between them. They have settled their disputes. They have filed a Compounding Application (IA No.01 of 2025) and affidavits with their free will and without any pressure. 6. The respondent no.2 has requested to quash the entire proceedings of the said Criminal Case No. 690 of 2025. 7. The said request of the respondent no.2 has not been opposed by the respondent no.1. 8. Considering the totality of the matter, this Court is of the view that ends of justice would be met if 2 2025:UHC:8728 the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.690 of 2025, “State Vs. Shivani Rawat and Others”, pending before the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vikasnagar, District Dehradun, are quashed. 9. Resultantly, the present Application, filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is allowed and the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.690 of 2025, “State Vs.
