Petitioners are serving as Headmasters in different Government Primary Schools in District Udham Singh Nagar. 3. According to them, they have not been paid arrears of 7th Pay Commission and Selection Grade, which has been paid to other similarly situate teachers. 4. By means of this writ petition, petitioners have sought the following reliefs: “(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to the respondents to pay the arrears of 7th pay commission and the selection grade as detailed above in para no. 11 and 12 and to grant all consequential benefits thereof alongwith interest. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider and decide the representations of the petitioners.” 5. Annexure-1 to the writ petition is representation made by petitioners. 6. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners be permitted to make fresh representation. 2025:UHC:8733 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to make separate representation afresh. 8. If they make such representation to District Education Officer within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within four months thereafter.
