Learned counsel for the Bank informs that no objections/ representations was filed by the petitioner to the notice issued under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 which is impugned herein. Thereafter, the Bank issued a possession notice referable to Section 13(4) of the Act, 2002 which can be challenged if there is a cause under Section 17 of the Act, 2002 before the D.R.T. 4.
