This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the Court concerned to decide the Criminal Case No.115 of 2024 (State Vs. Rajendra and others) arising out of case crime no.004 of 2023, under Sections 323, 324, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Bahsuma, District Meerut pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Mawana, Meerut, expeditiously within a stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. Perusal of the order-sheet reveals that cognizance in this matter was taken and charge was framed and since then the case is pending for evidence. Applicant is the informant of this case and and he wants speedy trial of case that is pending before the court concerned. Therefore, it is urged that the court concerned may be directed for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid case. 4. In the circumstances, the court concerned after procuring the evidence and completing all other formalities shall make all endeavours for the expeditious disposal of the aforesaid case without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment. 5. It is also made clear that the Court / Presiding Officer is not the only stake holder in the trial and disposal of a case, hence, besides the P.O. concerned, all the stake holders i.e. police and executive authorities, counsels, parties to the case, staff are also made bound by this order and it will be their responsibility also to assist the Court in every manner for the expeditious disposal of this case. 6.
