Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the U.P. Waqf Tribunal, Lucknow to decide the application dated 19.12.2024 filed by the petitioners under Order 39 Rule (1), Rule (2) and under Section 151 CPC seeking temporary injunction before the U.P. Waqf Tribunal, Lucknow in Case No. 181/2024: Nawab Aara Begum and others Vs. Amir Ahmad Zaidi & others within time bound manner." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
