The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opp. Party no. 2 & 3 to remove the illegal encroachment over the 'Banjar Land' pertaining to gata No. 822 area 1.0440 hectare situated at revenue Village- Jadaupur, H/o Sablapur (Barnapur), Tehsil- Mahsi, District- Baharaich which was enroached by the opp. party No. 6 to 9 forthwith, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the notices have already been issued and after the reply is received, the proceedings shall be initiated . 4. In view of the said statement, no further orders are required. 5. The present petition is disposed of.
