Present petition has been filed alleging that despite an application for grant of temporary injunction pending, the respondents are trying to interfere in the property of the petitioner. 3. The record and the order sheet reveal that the injunction application is pending disposal. 4. Considering the fact that the injunction application is pending, present petition is disposed off directing Civil Judge (Junior Division) Hawali, Lucknow to decide the injunction application filed in Civil Suit No.3131 of 2024 (Nagrani vs. Surendra & Ors.) positively within a period of two weeks from today. 5. For a period of two weeks, the parties shall maintain status quo. 6. It is directed that that the Court concerned shall decide the injunction application on its own merit without being influenced by the present order.
