Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned AGA for the State. Notices to respondent no. 2 are dispensed with in view of the propose order. Under challenge is the impugned order dated 07.02.2018 passed by the learned Additional Court No. 8, Lucknow whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial as well as order dated 11.03.2019 whereby Non-bailable warrant has been issued the present petitioner. Perused the record so also the impugned orders. Perusal of the record shows that prima facie cognizance offence is made out. There appears to be no illegality in the order impugned by which the petitioner has been summoned to face trial under Section 138 of N.I. Act. Likewise order dated 11.03.2019 by which non-bailable warrants have been issued also does not appear to have been wrongly passed. The petitioner flouted the condition of bail and thus, non-bailable warrants have been issued. The petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed. Order Date :- 24.1.2025 R.C.
