PATIL) This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 29.07.2024 passed in W.P.No.201691/2024 (KLR-RR/SUR) by the learned Single Judge of this Court. The operative portion of the said order reads as under: “a) Writ Petition is allowed. b) A certiorari is issued quashing the mutation order passed by respondent No.3. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-K:2445-DB CCC No. 200066 of 2025 Respondent No.3 is directed to restore the name of the petitioners in the revenue records as was available prior to the passing of the impugned order, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. c) Liberty is however reserved to the respondent authorities to issue necessary notice to the petitioner, providing an opportunity to the petitioners to reply to the same as also of being heard and thereafter, pass necessary orders.” 2. The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that pursuant to the direction of the learned Single Judge, the name of the petitioners is entered in the RTC.
