When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the light of the interim order passed by this Court dated 11.05.2020 directing the respondent Nos. 1 to 5, not to arrest the petitioner relating to the crime Nos. 110 of 2020 on the file of Town-II Police Station, Kurnool, Crime No.54 of 2020 on the file of Town-I Police Station, Kurnool and Crime No.124 of 2020 on the file of Town-II P.S., Kurnool, no further orders are required in this matter. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that investigation in these crimes are pending and let there be a direction to conclude the investigation and the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5 4. In that view, the Writ petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs.
