Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, appearing for the respondents. 2. Being aggrieved by the action of the respondents in issuing the notification in Ref. G4/497/2019, dated 05-03-2020, proposing to acquire the land of the petitioner in an extent of Ac.5-30 cents in Sy.No.104/1 of Polavaram Village and Mandal, East Godavari District, in order to allot subject 2 lands to the beneficiaries of the government scheme viz, “Navaratnalu Pedalandiriki Illu”, the instant Writ Petition is filed. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, has placed on record a copy of the instructions, dated 21.02.2025. A perusal of the same would reflect that the notification issued for land acquisition was already lapsed. 4. In that view of the matter, it is stated by the learned counsel that no further orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition. 5. The said written instructions are placed on record. 6. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
