Heard Sri Shivang Dhiraj Dwivedi, learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner while working on the post of Junior Assistant is liable to pay his salary for the period 03.05.2018 to 11.10.2018 on account of the fact that respondents fail to give any posting orders to the petitioner. 3. In this regard, it has been submitted that petitioner has given a representation dated 14.09.2021 to the respondent which is pending consideration and has not been decided so far. 4. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner shall be substantially redressed in case respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 14.09.2021 (Annexure No. 13) in a time bound manner. 5. Learned Standing Counsel does not object if a direction is issued to respondent for expeditious disposal of the representation preferred by the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 14.09.2021 (Annexure No. 13) expeditiously, say, within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before him in accordance with law.
