Learned counsel for the applicant, after arguing at length, states that there are some formal defects in the present application, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant application with liberty to file the same afresh with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. 4. The prayer sought has not been opposed by learned counsel for opposite party no.2 as well as learned A.G.A.. 5. In view of the above, the instant application is rejected as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6.
