Counsel for Revisionist :- Jai Pal Singh Counsel for Opposite Party :- Govt. Advocate,Rashmi Pandey Hon'ble Saurabh Lavania,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties. The instant revision has been filed challenging the order dated 10.07.2018 passed by Principal Family Judge/FTC, Court No. 1 Unnao in Case No. 1583 of 2014 (Smt. Rashmi Mishra Vs. Rohit Mishra), instituted under Section 125 Cr.P.C.. The order read as under :-
"Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State as well as Abhishek Mishra, learned Advocate who has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no. 2 which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the parties submit that a compromise was entered between the parties and on that basis the petitioners had earlier filed a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No. 5446/2021 "Rohit Kumar Mishra and others Vs. State of U.P. and another" which was disposed of directing the learned trial court to verify the compromise in presence of the parties vide order dated 20.12.2021. In compliance of the order passed by this Court, the parties appeared before the learned trial court on 03.01.2022 and on that date learned trial court in presence of the parties has verified the compromise. Copy of the verification report provided by the learned trial court is on record at page no. 40 of the petition. It is thus contended on behalf of the parties that in view of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of "Gian Singh Vs. State of Punjab" reported in "(2012) 10 SCC 303", the proceedings impugned are liable to be quashed. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to this prayer. On due consideration to the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the parties and law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of
"Gian Singh Vs. State of Punjab" reported in "(2012) 10 SCC 303", as well as the fact that the compromise dated 16.12.2021 has been entered between the parties and the same has been verified on 03.01.2022 by C.J.M. Barabanki, the proceedings of case No. 5635/2014 (State Vs. Rohit Kumar Mishra and others) arising out of case crime No. 849/2012, U/s 498A/323/504/506 I.P.C. and under

order, quoted above, the revision is dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
