The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kadipur, District Sultanpur to decide the Original Suit No. 64/2005 (Ram dular Versus Hariram) which is pending since 2005 as expeditiously as possible or within a period as stipulated by this Court." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2005, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
