Present petition has been filed for the following prayer: "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opp. Parties to remove the encroachment made by some persons over Gata No.109 and Khatuni No.97 area 0.433 hectare recorded as threshing floor, situated in Village Jamunapar, Pargana Salon, Tehsil Unchahar, District Rae Bareli." 2. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that earlier order of removal of encroachment was passed, however, a restoration application was filed which too has been rejected vide order dated 24.01.2025. 3. In view thereof, no further directions are required. 4. It is expected that the order shall be executed in accordance with law. 5. Present petition is accordingly disposed off.
