This petition has been filed for willful disobedience of order passed by this Court. 2. From the perusal of the order passed by this Court it is apparent that this Court has only directed for consideration of the claim of the petitioner for absorption. 3. The claim of the petitioner has been rejected while in exercise of contempt jurisdiction, this Court cannot go into the claim of the petitioner. 4. Since the claim of the petitioner has been considered, no further orders are required to be passed in this contempt petition. 5. Accordingly, contempt petition is consigned to record. 6. However, it will be open to the petitioner to challenge the order which has been passed against him in pursuance of the earlier order passed by this Court.
