Asgar Ali & others), filed under Order 7 Rule 1 C.P.C.(contained at Annexure No. 1 to this petition), within stipulated period as it may be directed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states orally that an objection has been filed against the injunction application, which is also pending pending. 4. Considering the said fact, the present petition is disposed of directing the trial court to decide the objection filed against the injunction application with all expedition, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
