Issue a order or direction to decide an application 6 Ga 2 under 39 rule 1 C.P.C. in Original Suit No-2160/2024, Ajeet Kumar Versus Lavkush Kumar & Ors. "within stipulated time period contained as Annexure No- 2" to this petition in the interest of justice." 3. It is argued that against the grant of injunction, the objection was filed, which is pending disposal. 4. In view of the said submission, the trial court is directed to consider and decide the injunction application after taking into consideration the objection filed in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 5.
