Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(1) To issue an order or direction whereby directing the Opposite Party No.3 and 4 i.e. learned District Judge, Barabanki, Civil Court, Barabanki and Additional District Judge/Special Judge (EC Act), Barabanki to decide the petitioner's execution case as earliest as possible and also give direction to the National Highway Authority of India and Competent Authority/Special Land Acquisition Officer, Barabanki to kindly comply with the order of the Additional District Judge/Special Judge (EC Act) dated 08.06.2022, Barabnki and deposit the enhanced amount of compensation as earliest as possible." 3.
