By this petition, the petitioners have prayed for quashing of the impugned order dated 05.09.2024 passed in Criminal Revision No. 40/2022 (Suresh & others versus State of U.P. & another) by learned Sessions Judge Hardoi and impugned order dated 08.03.2019 passed in Complaint No. 3285/2019 (Smt. Urmila versus Suresh & others) by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.- 5, Hardoi. Perused the record, so also the impugned order dated 08.03.2019 and 05.09.2024 A perusal of the impugned order shows prima facie commission of offence.
