Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State counsel for the opp. party No. 1, Mr. Ravi Singh, learned counsel for opp. party No. 2 and Mr. Atul Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the opp. party No. 3. 2. This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 06.01.2025, whereby the petitioner's application for grant of affiliation to petitioner-Institution for B. Pharma Course with 60 seats from Academic Session 2024-25 has been rejected. 3. Various Petitions seeking quashing of order(s) bearing no. 833923 of 2024 and 833903 of 2024, both dated 26.12.2024, as well as for granting affiliation to conduct B-Pharma course for the academic session 2024-25 were preferred by different institutions, leading petition being WRIT - C No. - 19 of 2025. The said petitions were allowed vide judgment and order dated 03.01.2025 and orders impugned in the said petitions were quashed issuing directions to opposite parties to reconsider grant of affiliation to said institutions in terms of recommendations made the University as well as approval granted by Pharmacy Council of India. 4. It is admitted by learned counsel for opposite parties that the relief sought in the present writ petition is similar to one sought in WRIT - C No. - 19 of 2025 and other connected matters. 5. In view of above, the present writ petition is also allowed in terms of judgment and order dated 03.01.2025 passed in bunch of writ petitions, the leading being WRIT - C No. - 19 of 2025. The relief granted to petitioner-institutions in the said bunch of petitions shall be extended to the present petitioner as well in the said terms. 6. It has been noticed that as per the Counselling Schedule, the last round of counselling is to end on 19.01.2025, which is day- after-tomorrow, whereafter allotment of seats is to commence from 28.01.2025. 7. In view of this matter, it is directed that in case the petitioner's application for affiliation is allowed after being re- considered in terms of this judgment, the concerned authority may also pass appropriate orders pertaining to remedial action for inclusion of petitioner-Institute in the counselling process for B.
