Since petitioner has preferred an Appeal under Section 67-H of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, allegedly on 18.09.2025, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority to consider and decide the Appeal, as early as possible, preferably within two months. The Appellate Authority shall also provide opportunity of hearing to the complainant.
