Siva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, appearing for the respondents. 2. Being aggrieved by the action of the respondents in declaring the preliminary notification issued by the 2nd respondent vide Ref.G4/497/2019, dated 03-03-2020, proposing to acquire the land of the 1st petitioner in an extent of Ac.2-13 cents in Sy.Nos.88-6, 91-2 and 91-4, 2nd petitioner’s land in 2 an extent of Ac.2-03 cents in Sy. Nos.209-5 to 11 and 3rd petitioner in an extent of Ac.0-65 cents in Sy. Nos.209-14 to 16 and 210-4 of Kutukuluru Village, Anaparthi Mandal, East Godavari District, in order to allot subject lands to the beneficiaries of the government scheme viz, “Navaratnalu Pedalandiriki Illu”, the instant Writ Petition is filed. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, has placed on record a copy of the instructions, dated 26.02.2025. A perusal of the same would reflect that the District Collector vide notification dated 27.02.2021 under Section 93(1) of Act.30 of the 2013, has withdrawn the notification issued for land acquisition. It is further stated that an alternate land has been proposed for issuance of house site pattas to the beneficiaries of the scheme. 4. The said written instructions are placed on record. 5. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
