Petitioner has a temporary injunction in his favour, as claimed and it is alleged that private opposite parties are disobeying/violating the same, hence, this petition seeking a mandamus to the S.H.O. concerned for maintaining law and order in compliance of the temporary injunction to remove the unauthorized Ghoor Ghaddha on the suit land. As far as maintenance of law and order is concerned, the same is the obligation of S.H.O. and no direction is required to be issued for the same but so far as removal of unauthorized Ghoor Ghaddha is concerned, as the suit is pending, the petitioner should pursue the matter in the pending suit.
