The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of 'Certiorari' thereby quashing of that part of the order dated 13-12-2022 passed by the opposite party no. 1 by which he has been admit the appeal but not passed any order on interim relief application as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition. (ii). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of 'Mandamus' thereby directing the opposite party no. 1 to decide the appeal No. C-202208000001613, under Section 13(3) of U.P. Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale & Distribution Control) Order, 2016, in the interest of justice. 3. It is argued that the interim relief application is yet to be decided. 4. In view of the submission, the present petition is disposed off with direction to decide the interim relief application pending before the appellate authority expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks. The appellate authority shall endevour to decide the appeal itself with all expedition.
