The counsel for the petitioners states that he is confining his argument for direction to decide the SA No. 1029 of 2023. 3. In view of the limited prayer, the present petition is disposed of directing the DRT to decide the S.A. filed by the petitioners in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of two months. 4. The interim application, if any, shall also be decided by the DRT. 5. In case, the respondent-Bank does not appear, the D.R.T. would be at liberty to pass an exparte order.
