The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the respondent no. 2 (Civil Judge, Senior Division), Malihabad, Lucknow to decide the Execution Case No. 24/2020 (Zaid Ahmad Vs. Radha Devi) within a time frame." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending case with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
