The learned Public Prosecutor was directed to call for the status report as regards the investigation. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that as per the status report dated 18.10.2024 received in the Office of the Government Advocate from the SHO, Police Station Sadar Neem Ka Thana, District Neem Ka Thana, the police after completion of the [2025:RJ-JP:10553] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-1780/2023] investigation has submitted the Final Negative Report in the matter on 01.04.2024.
